​

  • Demolition of employee factory washrooms including toilets, toilet/urinal, partitions/dividers , tiles, lights, existing walls, and drywall ceiling.

  • Cut concrete floor in mechanical room to provide floor drain for pressure relief valve.

  • Supply and install metal stud framing

  • Supply and install drywall and taping to walls and ceilings

  • Supply and install toilet/urinal partitions/dividers

  • Supply and install LED light fixtures

  • Supply and install power flush toilets

  • Supply and install urinals complete with flush valve
