About This Project

This comprehensive backyard project showcased the full capabilities of TPGC Siteworks. Starting with complete excavation and grading of the existing yard, the team prepared the site for a full outdoor transformation — including new retaining walls, concrete foundations, drainage systems, and landscape construction. The project required careful coordination of heavy equipment in a tight residential setting, delivering a finished result that dramatically elevated the property's function and value.

What We Did

Project Scope

From breaking ground to final grading, every phase was executed with precision using our own equipment and experienced crew.

01 Complete backyard excavation, demolition of existing landscaping, removal of concrete, and hauling of excess soils to prepare the site
02 Site grading and compaction to establish proper drainage slopes, elevation changes, and a stable base across the entire property
03 Aggregate placement and compaction for base preparation beneath all concrete, paving, and structural elements
04 Concrete formwork and pouring for foundations, retaining walls, pathways, and basement walkout with stairs
05 Drainage system installation including weeping tile, catch basins, and surface grading to manage water flow
06 Pool excavation, concrete pouring, and full pool installation including plumbing and mechanical hookups
07 Construction of a custom pavilion structure with roof framing and finished concrete pad
08 Hardscaping installation including pavers, natural stone, and river rock detailing throughout the yard
09 Topsoil grading, sod installation, and final landscape restoration to complete the project
